Prerequisites: Dogs 12+ months old, Successful completion of ROC200 Novice Rally-O

 Day/Time:  Thursdays 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM (6 sessions at 90 minutes/session)

Have you completed Novice Rally-O? Would you like to try your hand at testing your sign skills or get in extra practice? This course is for any student who has completed Novice Rally-O and would like to try their hand at running maps. These maps are carefully procured to provide students with the best variety of Novice level maps. If you are wanting to continue to bond with your dog and make sure you have your skills down before going to Rally Intermediate, this class is for you too! If you are thinking about trialing, virtually or live, and would like to see how you're doing, this class is for you. 

Non-trialers and trialers alike will receive valuable input from knowledgeable Rally Instructors. You'll be able to run each map multiple times and ask questions as you go. If there are any skills that need polishing, you'll find out what they are and receive advice on how to polish them. Bring your sign notebook that you've accumulated from Intro to Rally-O and Novice Rally-O, lots of treats and enthusiasm. This no-pressure skill review class with full maps will be great fun for humans and dogs alike!

If you get a message after clicking the Register button saying "Event registration is not available... due to event settings", it is usually the result of one of the following conditions:

  • Registration not  being open for your membership level yet. Associate members cannot register until the opening of regular registration.
  • Not being logged-in to the site or being logged-in to an account that is not a member. You must be a member to take classes at OCC.
